Norwegian Cruise Line scans Asia as potential

Norwegian Cruise Lines has hinted in a recent release that it has started investigating the cruise waters in Asia and may begin deployments here within the near future.

Although its core business remains around the Caribbean from its base in Miami, the cruise ship operator has announced that it will grow its capacity to 13 ships. Reason for this expansion is the ample growth possibilities in its main market and possibly venturing out into new routes.

Norwegian’s scheduled capacity growth is late 2015′s Norwegian Escape, which is committed to year-round Miami operations, followed by Norwegian Bliss in spring 2017.
