Mark Morgan & Phan Hong Son Join Cruise Asia by Destination Asia
We are delighted to announce not one, but two new members of the Cruise Asia by Destination Asia team, based in Thailand and Vietnam.
Mark Morgan joined the Cruise Asia by Destination Asia Thailand team as Head of Operations with over 25 years of experience in the industry, the last 6 of which were spent working in Thailand as Destination Manager in Phuket and surrounding islands. Prior to this, a majority of his tourism career was spent working for a British Tour Operator under the TUI Group working in a plethora of countries, managing large Multi-National teams, Operations on the ground working and living in Egypt, Dubai, Morocco, Cuba, Greece, Tunisia, Gambia, and Kenya just to name a few.
Phan Hong Son joined Destination Asia Vietnam in 2012, first as Cruise Operations Manager, then recently promoted to Cruise Manager. Since graduating from the Danang Foreign Language University in 1999, Son has held senior cruise management roles throughout Vietnam at various inbound operators. Son has managed operations for some of Vietnam’s largest conferences and events as well as complex cruise operations with our many cruise line partners.
