Cruise Asia Gets Back to What it Does Best!
Welcome back to Malaysia, Spectrum of the Seas! This marks Cruise Asia Malaysia’s first international cruise port call since March 2020, a span of 839 days. On 1-Jul, the Royal Caribbean International ship arrived at Malaysia’s Port Klang in the early morning hours and then docked the following day in Penang. The CruiseAsia team was out and ready, excited to welcome passengers who joined them on adventures into Kuala Lumpur City Centre & Penang, discovering the wonders of these two magnificent places.
As we turn the corner on our restart and the number of open international destinations increases and our expected number of port calls starts to trend upwards again – we are expecting to top 75 calls before the end of the year – we are facing each of our restart challenges head on and we are looking forward to a time in the not too distant future, where we can all breathe a big sigh of relief and start to enjoy the industry we all know and love again.
