Destination Asia Singapore Move to New Office Space
Destination Asia Singapore has moved office to an up-and-coming area of the island referred to as the Paya-Ubi district of Singapore. The components include Kompang Ubi and the adjacent suburb, Paya Lebar, a well-known name in Singapore’s history as it was the location of Singapore’s second international Airport which operated from 1955 until 1982 (when Changi Airport opened).
Vertex Tower is located in the heart of what was formally called Kampong Ubi. In the Malay language, the words translate to tapioca village, a descriptor for the tapioca plantations that formally were established in this area.
