Dalian’s Cruise Figures Surpass 2015

The port of Dalian is one of the largest in China with 10 dedicated berths. Dalian port authority recently announced from January 1 to November 20, 2016, the cruise terminal welcomed 27 cruise calls and handled more than 60,000 inbound and outbound passengers. Port authority statistics show that year-to-date figures have surpassed the annual 2015 figures of 17 cruise calls and 23,000 passengers.

This year, Dalian saw calls mainly from Bohai Ferry (Zhonghua Tai Shan), Royal Caribbean International (Legend of the Seas) and MSC Cruises (MSC Lirica), each bringing around 2,000 passengers and helping to boost Dalian city’s economy.
